EP1 Episode 53 Mar 07, 2006

Palermo survives but Julie takes advantage of the situation. Kate and Will's relationship seems to have improved. They are however very concerned about their friend Adam. They just do not trust Sasha. When Maddie hears about the shooting, she realizes that she still cares for Craig and, feeling depressed about it, she starts to act foolishly. Andy seems to have found the true love. Jack has taken Charlie as hostage but she manages to escape.

EP2 Episode 54 Mar 08, 2006

Charlie hides in Craig's dorm room. Craig finally convinces her to go to Palermo. Frightened, she accepts to finally go to the police but still keeps secret where Jack is. Charlie finally runs away with Craig's car and Craig runs after her with a friend's car... Jessica continues her investigation after Gareth's allegation against Adam. The University might be left with no counselors. Andy is desperate to gain the favour of his newly true love but encounters a few obstacles.

EP3 Episode 55 Mar 09, 2006

Jessica's investigation continues. Although Adam was ready to sacrifice his job to remain with Sasha, Sasha goes to the office and lies to Jessica. Headlands Hotel has a new disturbing resident. Grace is increasingly concerned about her brother Craig. He is still on a suspended sentence and is involved in a very compromising case. Mel receives an unexpected visit which will be causing a few disruptive adjustments.

Gareth's presence at the hotel is irritating all residents but he seems to have a mysterious relationship with the manager James. Cassie's presence becomes increasingly invasive. Andy finally finds the truth about his true love. Greg, Sasha and Heath's dad, is back at the hotel. His situation is desperate: he has no home and no money. After spending a day at the beach, he is nowhere to be found. Could he have committed suicide?

EP5 Episode 57 Mar 13, 2006

Greg is nowhere to be found. However, Sasha finds a strange message on her computer. Palermo is now out of the hospital but he faces emotional trauma. Grace becomes really worried when she finds his revolver in his bedside drawer. Gareth keeps on putting pressure on Adam by insisting on proving that his relationship with Sasha is not innocent. Craig tries to get Charlie back in his life but Charlie realizes that both are two different for pursuing a successful relationship. Li-Liu returns to Andy who does not know what to do. He is too tempted to let her go. This is dangerous as Sonny is not too far away...

Sasha delivers the message she received from her dad to the authorities, furious about her father's betrayal. Grace supports Palermo as much as she can to help him overcome his nightmares and fears. Jack is back in town... Li-Liu after consummating her relationship with Andy does not know anymore what to do. She still hesitates between Sonny and Andy. Gareth is now blackmailing Sasha, threatening him to tell the registrar about his relationship with Sasha unless... Will Sasha accept the condition?

Synopsis

Headland is an Australian drama television series produced by the Seven Network which ran from 15 November 2005 to 21 January 2006. The Seven Network filmed 52 episodes in the first series. Production on the second series had begun before any episodes were aired. Set in a university, Headland premiered in Australia on Tuesday, 15 November 2005 at 7.30pm. On 23 January 2006, the Seven Network officially announced that the series has been cancelled. The show aired on weekdays at 7.30pm in the United Kingdom on E4, re-formatted as half-hour episodes. E4 eventually dropped the show but episodes continued to be broadcast on Channel 4 at 12:30pm, this time in the original hour-long format.
