Tired of being only two inches high, Ikura inadvertently gets his wish to be bigger when Dr. Naught's malfunctioning shrink ray turns him into a giant. But being that big has its own problems, as Ikura learns, and it is only when he shrinks down to his original size that he's able to help defeat Dr. Naught's giant robot.

Oleander fries up her own pint-sized fighters to take on the Sushi Pack. After learning she merely intended to eat them along with the Sushi Pack, the two groups team up and defeat her. In the end the fried foods decide to start a new life of their own.

Titanium Chef takes advantage of the cover of darkness to escape from the Pack, prompting them to practice fighting at night. Since Wasabi glows in the dark, Tako calls on him to the training exercise. Wasabi lets this cloud his judgement, accidentally ruining Ben's chance at taking The Green Donut worldwide.

Ben warns the Pack that "whatever can go wrong, will" and it seems like he's right when they end up shipwrecked while out on a cruise, thanks to Ikura's short attention span. Can they pull themselves together in time to stop Sir Darkly?

The Mayor's "collection" is stolen by The Prevaricator, but the Pack has some trouble getting it back, since Tako broke Maguro's trust by lying to her earlier in the episode. They recover the collection only to find out it was just a box of bottle caps.

While the Sushi Pack sleeps, Ben is abducted by Titanium Chef. Normally the Pack would work together to figure out what happened, but when Ikura bets that he can solve the case on his own, suddenly everyone wants to get in on the solo act. But it's only by working together that they can actually track down and rescue Ben.

EP18 Sushis at the Center of the Earth Jan 31, 2009

When a volcano appears out of nowhere, Tako is certain that his heat-resistant suits will lead the team to victory. The suits, however, let him down, and he has to concede leadership of this particular mission to Wasabi, the only Pack member who can take the heat, even the heat inside a volcano. With some quick thinking, Wasabi is able to cool down the Lava King and keep him from turning Wharf City into a lava zone.

EP19 Disappearing Act Feb 07, 2009

To track down the mastermind behind holographic images that are committing crimes, Kani pulls an all-nighter fueled by jelly beans. When she inevitably crashes, the rest of the Pack is able to take the research she'd already done and apprehend the perpetrator: Sugar Jimmy.

EP20 Wicked Waste Wisps Feb 07, 2009

Sir Darkly creates wisps of waste, spirits that influence the citizen's of Wharf City to litter excessively. Only the Mayor is unaffected, due to a cold. Once the Pack figures this out, they're easily able to send the wisps packing.

After the Pack is chosen to meet the delegates from Planet Citrus, they put off reading about the planet's culture and end up offending the delegates.

EP22 Lights On, Lights Off Feb 14, 2009

To celebrate the city receiving an award, Mayor Martin declares a spectacle involving lots of light and water. Titanium Chef takes advantage of this to put the already overworked power station over the edge, plunging the city (and maybe even the world) into darkness. The Pack gets some unexpected help bringing the power back to the city.

EP23 In Hot Water Feb 21, 2009

The Pack starts to grate on each other's nerves when they're forced to live in one room while Ben cleans out the juice machine. To make matters worse, the satellite from Satel-lightning falls from orbit and lands in the ocean. Crammed into a less-than-roomy submarine, the Pack does more bickering than rescuing, until the satellite reminds them to work together.

EP24 Much Ado About Tako Feb 21, 2009

Inspired by a documentary about octopuses, Tako tries to "do it all" as the Pack investigates the mysterious disappearing of, well, everything in Wharf City. Little do they know, the cause is a purple mist made by Titanium Chef, who, like Tako, wants to handle the whole thing himself.

A gossip columnist antagonizes Ikura on the set of the Pack's upcoming movie, and posts the video on a video sharing website! This turns out to be a ploy by Oleander to keep the movie from being made, and thus the park the Pack was going to build with the profits from being built.

Apex and Sir Darkly consolidate their funds to build a laser that drains power from superheroes. Meanwhile, the Pack are having trouble sharing the new goodies they bought at the mall, and miss hearing the Villain Early Alert.
Synopsis

Sushi Pack is an American-Canadian animated television series produced by DIC Entertainment and American Greetings, that aired on the KEWLopolis block on CBS November 3, 2007 - September 12, 2009. It featured a team of wasabi, salmon egg sushi, crab sushi, tuna sushi, and octopus sushi as they used their wits and their emotions to save the world and educated young children. The Sushi Pack team lives in a donut shop with their human friend, Ben. Despite the superhero element of the story, violence is used only as a last resort. The closing theme song of the show is a techno/rap/funk hybrid song written by Phofo, composer for the entire series. Sushi Pack was created by Studio Espinosa. Quests involve learning about the meaning of friendship, social skills, and teamwork.
