Chung Chi-leung is an excellent real estate broker. He acts swiftly and provides excellent services to his customers. Tsu Chi-ling, a saleswoman who is skillful to promote cosmetic products and good at capturing customers’ hearts. Chow Ching-yan, a friend of Ling, is amazed to find Ling’s parents, Tsu Nai-hoi and Li King-chu, eating out in a very expensive restaurant while Ling is so thrifty. Leung is a workaholic. He has his father, Chung Bong, to cancel his trip and return home so as to help him to make a deal successfully. Ling’s younger brother, Tsu Yat-tsun, is a kindhearted young man who is always being taken advantage on by others. Ling helps him to get resolved. Unfortunately, Ling is sacked by her company after her employer answered a phone call made by a loan shark threatening to collect the loan repayment.

Ling worries about her job. She helps Yan moving house. The delivery workers demand extra charges for furniture delivery service, yet Ling does not accept. The workers leave. A customer complaint exposes an urgent need for additional manpower in the Trustworthy Property Company. Bong recognizes Ling when he helps her moving a sofa. Ling has made up her mind to develop her career in estate agency. When Leung is bothering about finding a suitable employee, there comes Ling who sells herself at the job interview. Finally, she enters the company successfully. She is assigned as an apprentice to Ying Yan. In order to learn the property laws and regulations fast, Ling asks Tsun for help. Leung cannot stand for Fok Ming-hin’s arrogance, who is the regional manager of a large estate agency, he professes to build his company the largest estate agency. Ling is deeply impressed by Leung’s aspiration in running his business.

Ling is assigned to collect information from the other estate agencies in the same district. Leung is arranged for a blind dating. Sarcastically, the dating has made a business deal successfully. By finding Ying Yan’s wife the suitable cosmetics, Ling is able to gain an opportunity of practical training in property selling. She finds Ying Yan boasts a lot and likes exaggerating things to his customers. During the conversation, Ling has almost leaked the secret of Ying Yan for having a mistress. Leung sees Fong Sin-man asking a strong man for help to move a mattress. Then he follows them to a pub. He gets drunk. Fortunately, Ling passes by and takes him home. Bong is somewhere around the scene where he sees the happening. On the next day, Leung intends not to respond to Bong’s question clearly as he thinks this may help to stop his father from finding him a mate again. Hin visits Bong and pretends to respect him……

Bong goes to Trustworthy and asks Leung’s help in the acquisition project handled by Hin. Man phones Leung with a wish that he can share her distress. Yet he does not pay attention to her as he is so concentrated on his work. Ling finds Man crying alone. She comforts her and makes her feels better. As Ling does not see a good development in her career under Ying Yan’s supervision, she wants to switch to a larger corporation where Hin works. She fails in the interview as she has become wordless and screwed-up when she recalls the decline by Hin in the past. Learning that the acquisition project is unsuccessful, Hin does an about-face. The people of Trustworthy are angry with his rudeness. Bong talks to the owner of the restaurant personally after he has learnt that he caused Leung a lot of troubles. However, Bong is declined. The sight meets Ling’s eyes.

Ling learns the relationship between Hin and Bong. Leung encounters problems, luckily, Ling’s idea inspires him to find a new solution. They work all night to search for useful information. With effort, they are able to persuade the owner for the restaurant to sell his property for his son’s sake. Finally, the acquisition project has succeeded. Hin prepares a feast for the celebration, however, Bong and Leung leave the occasion. Ling encounters Hin. He is a little tipsy, he does not mention the interview to Ling. Nevertheless, Ling feels embarrassed, she gets herself drunk. Hin takes her home. Ling tells Hin he is the one she has once secretly admired. The alcohol has put Ling in a mess. She nearly misses the examination. Man is planning to open a coffee shop. So, Leung asks Ling and Choi Ying-ying for help. Yet, Man declines the help. Fails the first attempt, Ling makes a call to Leung and tells him about Man’s decline……

Bong pays a visit to Cheung Chau with four old friends. Yeung Tin-moon, one of the four old gentlemen, behaves very unusual when playing mahjong. He admits that he is diagnosed with dementia. After the game, they leave. They encounter a greedy child called Piggy. Bong buys up all the merchandises that Piggy sells. In a trade negotiation, Leung and Ling need to deal with a dame. They have to walk her dog. Accidentally, the dog goes missing. Ling suggests buying a dog that looks alike. Soon after they have bought a new dog, they find the missing one. Leung ends up taking care of the replacement dog. In a food poisoning accident, the old folks are sent to the hospital. The doctor in charge is Piggy’s mother. Ronald Tse Man-lok is the new CEO who take up office. Hin tries to butter up Ronald, yet unsuccessful. Ronald treats Trustworthy as the strongest rival. Hin encounters Ling one day……

With the help of Ling and Ying, the decoration work of Man’s coffee shop is smooth and under good progress. One night, Ling asks Leung about the past between himself and Man. Tsun is queer as he back home. Hoi wonders what is wrong with his son. Bong worries about Moon as he finds Moon’s health problem is getting serious. Then, he goes to the hospital and hopes to ask for more details. Ling is attracted by Leung’s carefulness and attentiveness. One night, Ling encounters Hin who is pretending himself very drunk. She takes him home and takes care of him. Gradually, she changes her impression towards him. As arranged by Ling, Leung goes to Man’s coffee shop to taste for a trial drink. In the conversation, Leung says that Man has become more mature in a short time, particularly after the establishment of her new business. The electricity suddenly fails……

As the rival company is finishing the decoration work soon, people of Trustworthy feel nervous. On the contrary, Leung faces the new challenges with ease. As arranged by Ling, Leung invites Man to his home for a dinner. Man arrives earlier than scheduled. Ling does not want Man knowing her presence, she slips into Leung’s bedroom. Ling teaches Leung on phone step by step for how to woo Man. With effort, Leung seems to have a chance. Feeling tired, Ling sleeps. Bong misconstrues the relationship between Leung and Ling when he brings Leung the breakfast and sees Ling is there too. Leung encounters Tang Kwai-kuen who is a rich village man. He is lavish. He is planning to buy a large number of properties, and Man’s coffee shop is on his list. Leung is put into trouble this time. Hin is recruiting staff for the newly opened branch. He approaches Ying Yan……

With the help of Yan for installing a camera, Bong is able connect to Ching and Piggy through video conferencing. Bong suggests to Piggy for exchanging their lunch boxes with each other when he sees Piggy does not have good food in his lunch box. Bong knows that it is because his mother is too busy to prepare the meal, she can only make him sandwiches. In a meeting of Trustworthy, the staff do not care about the agenda, instead they are thinking about leaving the company as persuaded by Hin. Man’s coffee shop is making a good business. Man’s friends are making a guess that Kuen is the one who send people there to boost the sales. However, they cannot figure out the reason behind his act. Later, Kuen is found to be the man behind the scene. He takes his courage to tell Man about his love. Though other people think that Kuen is mad, Man does not share the same view……

Facing the challenge ahead, people in Trustworthy work extremely hard. Ling bargains with Leung for getting commission payment. Yet, Leung has nothing to offer but only his apartment key. In response to the competition with Kuen for winning Man’s heart, Leung dates Man. It is the first time Leung switches off his mobile phone, simply because he does not want any disturbance during the romantic meal. On the other hand, Ling walks Sonny. Sonny leads Ling to the place where Leung and Man meet, where she sees the romance of the lovers-to-be. Shortly, Kuen comes and takes Man to visit a bigger shop which is for sale. He wishes to invest capital in her coffee shop. Nevertheless, Man refuses him and tells him she has someone else in her heart already. In order to avoid further misunderstanding, Ling clarifies her relationship with Leung to Bong……

Although Leung has ordered Ying Yan to leave the company, at last he implies he will not dismiss Ying Yan. Nevertheless, Ying Yan has switched to Hin’s company. One night, Bong accompanies Piggy after he has received his call telling that his mother has not home. In fact, Ching is trying her best to gather money for paying the surgery fee for her husband’s father. Bong wants to help her. He borrows money from his friends, but it is still not enough to cover the bill. Without any choice, Bong finally turns to Leung. Bong decides to go together with Ching to help her out in this matter. On the other hand, Leung and Man finally get together. But Ling is not happy, she feels sour and blue. At Hin’s home, she drunks herself again. Out of her control, Ling phones Leung telling him the words from bottom of her heart. Yet Leung does not have a clue for what she means……

Hin apologizes to Ling. Hoi and Chu mistake them as a pair of lovers. In the next morning, Hoi and Chu head to Trustworthy as they want to find a shop for sale. Leung assigns Lung to serve them. On the way to the shop, they encounter Ying Yan. They quarrel with him. Ying Yan is looked down upon by Hin for his poor job performance. Ying Yan’s wife used to deliver him the soup she made, but he asks her not to do so anymore. Leung still worries about his father. Upon accepting the offer by Hin’s company, Ling decides to resign. Ling withdraws the resignation letter after learning about Lin’s resignation. Rarely does Leung make an apology, he apologizes to Ling. Ching gives Leung the cheque issued by Bong. Leung gets the whole thing wrong as he is misled by absent-minded Moon. Leung jeers at Ching and Piggy. Bong has a big quarrel with Leung.

Ling dreams about Leung. In her dream, Leung opens his heart to her and hugs her. Ling is nervous and excited. She does not know what to do. On the other hand, Kuen is determined to win Man’s heart. Nevertheless, Leung does not show much concern to this. He tries to recall the romantic memories. To his surprise, all of them are about Ling. One day, Ling encounters Hoi and Chu. She is angry to them when she learns they are using Sublime’s service rather than Trustworthy. The couple mistakes Hin as Ling’s boyfriend. No matter how she says, she is not able change their mind. Ronald talks to Leung about the purchase of Trustworthy, however, he is declined by Leung. Moon goes to Cheung Chau alone to tell Ching about his love. Mau and Tong try to stop him but without success. Bong follows them to Cheung Chau together. Leung faints suddenly. Fortunately, Ying Yan is there, he sends him to the hospital……

Leung finally plucks up the courage to open his heart to Ling. Their love grows. The next morning, they are waken up by the noise. As they think it is Bong, they do not pay much attention to the noise. To their surprises, it is Man who comes to visit Leung. They pretend themselves behave as usual. To their wishes, Man does not find anything wrong with them. The properties leased by Kuen do not help Leung in making any successful deal. Leung finds that it is Sublime that draws all the customers to them. It attracts customer by no commission payment offer. In a conversation Lung has with Ying Yan, he realizes Leung has got health problem. In order to tell Man about the end of the love relationship, Leung practices with Ling before he actually speaks to her. But Leung still fails to make it clear to Man. Leung dates Ling for a meal. They encounter Bong. They decide not to tell Bong about their relationship as they still have worries……

Finally, Leung and Ling get together. Nevertheless, they pretend themselves as pure friends in front of others. As a result, Lung makes a big mistake that Man is dating with Kuen behind Leung. In a dinner gathering, members of Trustworthy learn the relationship of Leung and Ling. The secret is exposed when a child switches on the speaker while the lovers are having sweet conversation. It brings a lot of laughter. Lung is so eager to make a successful deal. As he has given a piece of wrong information to a buyer, he is under investigation of the authority concerned. In view of eliminating any connection that Trustworthy has with the incident, Lung resigns. Moon buys Ching a diamond ring and is going to propose to her. The truth comes out from Bong when the love relationship between Bong and Ching can no longer be kept secret. One day, Ling finds the cardiac pills by accident. Then, she has a serious talk to Leung……

Leung finally manages to run his business for three more months. Ronald loses the bet he has with Leung. He puts the blame on Hin as the branch he takes charge of performs very bad. Lung admits his fault in a disciplinary hearing. The punishment he receives is a suspension of his real estate agent license for three months. Leung’s health is getting worse as he does not take good care of himself. Hoi is cheated for investing in a restaurant business. He goes disappeared after the money has all gone, leaving the family with a huge debt. Ling understands all the difficulties Leung is facing about his work and health. She does not tell him the problem about her father as she does not want to bother him. Ying Yan is fired after Hin has made him leaking the health problem of Leung. Hin talks to Bong about Leung’s situation. Leung is sent to the hospital again. Bong worries so much and visits him late at night……

In other to allow Leung more resting time, Bong decides to sell Trustworthy. The father and son go against each other in the decision. Hin always says something to provoke Leung. Leung is so angry, he shares his unhappiness with Man. Despite the difficulties he is facing, he proclaims to open branches in five-year time. Leung does not answer the phone calls made by his father at all. Bong feels very sad. At last, Leung phones Bong and tells him about his dream when he was a child. Bong terminates the deal for selling Trustworthy at the last moment. Hoi is hiding the search from his family. Chu tells Ling about the money she borrows from Hin when she hears that Ling has to change the door lock to get rid of the loan shark. Ling is nervous. As a result, Hin forced Ling to join his company. Leung encounters Ching in the hospital, he understands the care of his father at last……

Leung’s surgical operation is successful. Bong tells him about the unity of the old staff, yet he does not mention the leave of Ling. Bong decides to take charge of Trustworthy again. On the other had, Ling arranged a lunch meal in a restaurant, but the staff of Sublime decline going. Leung is discharged from the hospital. He realized Ling has entered Sublime when he accidentally finds her name card in the coat. He asks Ling to decline the offer from Sublime, yet she refuses to do so. As encouraged by Ying, Tsun tells Ling honestly he does not want to study abroad. Leung encounters Piggy when he is walking Sonny. He finally understand the genuine relationship between his father, Ching and Piggy. Hin snatches customers from Trustworthy. He even uses Ling to blacken the people in Trustworthy. This reaches Leung through Kuen. Leung is very upset. He calls Ling and hopes to meet her. On day, Bong meets an old friend……

After a good conversation with the old friend, Bong has succeeded in gaining the dealership for a new real estate. Then, Bong goes back home. He meets Ling. Ling tells him about the break-up with Leung. Tsun who had once been indolent, now becomes very hardworking. He applies for an apprentice course. On the other hand, the people of Trustworthy are excited after learning the news about the dealership. However, they worry they do not have the manpower to compete with the big players. At the same time, Ling resigns as she can no long stand for Hin’s arrogance. Ying tries to convince Ling for returning to Trustworthy to offer help. Yet, Ling declines. Alternatively, Ling asks Ying about Tsun as she is curious to know the relationship between them. Before the launch of the new real estate, Bong treats the people of Trustworthy a hotpot meal. Ling is embarrassed when she meets all the fellows in the lift……

In the launching day of the new real estate, Trustworthy does not make any successful deal. Leung and Bong encounter Ronald when they are on the way home. Ronald bets with them, if they cannot realize ten deals, Trustworthy will be forced to close. Bong thinks it seriously whether it is the right time for Trustworthy to retire…Ling proposes to Leung that she will be his girlfriend for seven more days. During the time, she will take care of his health. With effort, Leung is going to finish the first deal. Ling will develop her career in Shanghai. Hoi finally gains the understanding of his family, the family becomes united again. Ling decides to help Leung when she knows Leung’s health problem is getting serious again. Ying Yan, Lung and Hin fight vigorously with each other. At the end, Trustworthy is taken away the dealership. On the last day, Bong feels hopeless, he decides to give up……
