The ruthless and sadistic Bronco Billy (Joseph Loeffler-Bell) runs a drug-trafficking operation, with Lorelai Brenner (Jamie Schenk) working as his right-hand man. Yvonne Hagg (Kate Henning) formulates a plan to overthrow Billy and put herself in charge...
