Avi made the massive move from Australia to Atlanta to be with Jessica, and nowthey're ready to trade in their two-bedroom apartment for a house in an upscale neighborhood. Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to find them a home where they can finally settle down. But first she has to temper their high-end expectations. Avi and Jessica know exactly what they're looking for but finding a renovated home with vintage appeal proves challenging. When faced with a possible bidding war, Egypt warns they'll only get one chance to nab the home of their dreams.

Chabe wants a move-in ready condo and Dyllan wants a house with a yard. Egypt suggests a compromise and when they finally zero in on a property they both agree on, her advice ends up saving them a bundle.

Synopsis

Property Virgins is a reality television series produced by Cineflix. The show portrays the experiences of prospective first-time home buyers, or "property virgins." The host of the show coaches first time home buyers to adjust their dream home vision to a more realistic one that fits the market and their budget. The program originated on HGTV Canada in March 2006 and expanded to HGTV in the United States in its second season. The program was hosted by Sandra Rinomato, a Toronto-based real estate expert, from its inception until 2011, and is now hosted by Egypt Sherrod. Rinomato subsequently launched a new HGTV series, Buy Herself, in April 2012.
