The neighborhood comes together for Pili's birthday party. Kimo pushes the limits with Leilani by encouraging Pili to get drunk, and when the party gets sidetracked by a power outage, Lei and Kimo have a ghostly encounter.

Kimo's dreams give him insight into his friendships and memories of his past; Uncle comes over to help clean up Pili's party while trying to have a heart-to-heart with Kimo, and Olina goes with the aunties to Bingo with the kupuna.

While walking through Makawao Town, the gang encounters an OPC who convinces them they can receive an all-you-can-eat boat ride if they get a timeshare presentation. When they get denied their free dinner for being locals, some smooth talking from Lei gets them interviews to become sales agents.

Synopsis

Moku Moku offers an irreverent take on life in rural Maui. Following the hilarious day-to-day life of three young locals and their struggles of living in paradise, the series puts a comedic spin on small-town life of different types of people: Kanaka, Transplants, Paniolo, Surfers, Addicts, Tourists... Moku Moku takes its audiences beyond the beaches and away from the hotels as we head to the hills of the "upcountry" and get to know a rich vibrant community of Maui's modern-day working class. More than just a comedy, Moku Moku is an opportunity to start a conversation about the trials and tribulations of living in paradise while trying to keep a perspective on the things that matter most to us.
