Tori and Kayla arrive in L.A. and reconnect with Kayla’s friends whose dramatic lives come to the forefront. Cassie suspects Nico of cheating, which leads to a violent altercation. Allie and Evelyn try to figure out what to do when they find a homeless teenager in their home. Tori and Kayla try to settle in to their new lives when a surprise arrives at their doorstep.

After their abrupt entrances both Dani and Vanessa try to settle into their new environments. Dani, a homeless teen, a tries to fit into Evelyn and Allie's household without ruffling any feathers but realizes that tying to get on Evelyn's good side is harder thought. Vanessa is happy to be back with her big sister Tori and exploring new things in L.A, but her presence doesn't exactly sit well with Tori's girlfriend Kayla.
