SATANIC PARTY" was planned as an event that would serve as a bridge between the magazine and "SATANIC CARNIVAL" in order to create an opportunity to back up bands featured in "Who's Next by SATANIC Editing Room" and bands that are usually active in small live houses, and to raise the level of the scene.
